This foil is the ideal choice for toner foiling and not hot foil stamping. Toner foiling is a fun and creative process that allows for the creation of unique pieces. This technique uses special toner reactive foil to create stunning images on paper, canvas, or any other material printed with lasers.
This process has become so common because they’re easy and inexpensive for small runs or samples/proofs that don’t require hot stamping dies-perfect when you need low volume production.
Kind reminder if you have an inkjet or Brother laser printer, this product is not for your device. A suitable Toner Image Applicator (TIA) can be used to apply the required heat and pressure so that it will work properly with toner-based printing systems.

The Process of using Toner Reactive Foil
We’ve included the following steps for your convenience, and you can find more information on our YouTube channel.
Step 1:
Printing your artwork on paper or canvas with a laser/digital printer.
Step 2:
Cutting the foil to the proper size, then put the foil and your printed artwork together and go through laminating machine.
You need to use baking paper to sandwich your artwork and your foil.
Step 3:
After the artwork comes out from your laminator, remove its backing paper and tear off the foil. You’ll be able to see all of those beautifully printed patterns replaced with shiny metal.
PS:
Toner reactive foils work well in many printers. It mainly depends on the type of toner you’re using and what kind of paper it will be printed onto, though solid black color toner seems to give the best results with smooth or flat papers.
You may not be able to get the best printing results if you use coated, special or textured paper. Or some grayscale color toners will also fail this test.

We’ll send out some samples around 30cm*30 m with our color chart for free as long you pay the express freight.
Our MOQ is 50 rolls, but we’ll take any quantity if the colors/patterns you want are in stock.
It will take 7-15 days, depending on the quantity, we almost have safe stock.
If bulk Order, 30% T/T down payment before production, balance to be paid before delivery via T/T, L/C also acceptable.
We have been through a lot of laminators, but I couldn’t have tried everyone. Most of the time this will work as most of their operating temperatures are around 160-170 degrees Celsius. This foil is suitable that temperatures and household laminators.
